Overview

HXGN-12/24 (SF6) unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment independently designed and developed by us, based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and in accordance with the requirements of rural power and urban grid renovation in China. All technical performance indicators comply with IEC62271-200:2003 and GB3906 standards.

The main switch, operating mechanism, and components of the ring main unit adopt ABB’s original HAD/US type SF6. The switchgear body is riveted after being processed by CNC machines, reaching a protection level of IP3X, and includes reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product has significant features such as small size, lightweight, attractive appearance, easy operation, long service life, high parameters, no pollution, and low maintenance.

HXGN-12/24 (SF6) unit-type AC metal-enclosed RMU is suitable for 50Hz, 12/24kV power networks and is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. The main switch inside the switchgear is an SF6 switch.

XGN15-12/24 (VS1) box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a complete set of distribution equipment for 12/24kV three-phase AC 50Hz power supply systems. The switchgear primarily uses indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, and the entire switchgear is air-insulated. It can be widely applied to the construction and renovation of urban power grids, suitable for power distribution systems in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential communities, hospitals, schools, parks, etc., for the purpose of receiving and distributing electric energy. It is suitable for power distribution automation, compact yet expandable metal-enclosed switchgear, mainly used for ring main power supply and terminal power supply, and also suitable for installation in prefabricated substations.

Working Conditions

• Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C;
• Altitude: not exceeding 2000 meters;
• Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%; monthly average not exceeding 90%;
• Surrounding environment: the surrounding air should not be noticeably polluted by corrosive gases, flammable gases, or water vapor;
• No frequent severe vibrations.
