DSY-V-12kV switchgear is an environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate intelligent device.

All conductive parts inside the switch are installed in a sealed stainless steel gas tank, with air and thermoplastic environmentally friendly materials serving as the main insulation. The main switch is driven by a spring-operated mechanism or a permanent magnet mechanism, utilizing vacuum arc extinction, air insulation, and a three-position structure for the isolating switch. Adjacent switchgear units are connected via solid-insulated busbars.

The secondary circuit uses integrated control technology and supports data transmission functions. When the equipment is installed and powered on-site, it automatically sends a signal for the first handshake with the control center, enabling the control center to obtain the device’s health status, coordinates, operating environment, and parameters, making it easier for maintenance personnel to monitor the operational status of the equipment in a timely manner.

Core Unit: Circuit Breaker: 

The circuit breaker has two configurations: a permanent magnet mechanism and a spring mechanism.

The permanent magnet mechanism is a monostable structure with an internally housed three-phase direct-action type trip spring.It is equipped with fast manual three-phase trip and close mechanical linkage. The mechanism body is installed in a fully sealed gas tank that requires no maintenance, with a mechanical lifespan of over 20,000 cycles. The drive module is connected externally via a standard aviation plug and has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery (2000mAh) as a backup power source. In case of a drive module failure or loss of system power, emergency closing operations can be carried out via the portable device powered by the built-in lithium battery. Under normal conditions, the spring mechanism should complete energy storage within 20 seconds, and the permanent magnet mechanism should complete energy storage within 5 seconds. The drive module is equipped with a self-diagnosis function and has two main and backup drive circuits and capacitors, with a capacitor lifespan of 5,000 hours at 105°C.

Main parameters of the permanent magnet mechanism:

  1. The demagnetization temperature of the permanent magnet material is ≥175°C;
  2. the inherent trip time is less than 7ms;
  3. the allowable deviation of the three-phase trip time is less than 1ms; the anti-bounce time of the drive module can be set between 8ms and 100ms;
  4. the capacitor discharge voltage is no more than 380V, and the peak discharge current of the capacitor during closing is less than 25A.

Human-Machine Interface:

  1. Simulated busbar panel, clear and intuitive, simple to operate.
  2. The main switch is designed with a manual tripping operation shaft for emergency manual tripping.
  3. The operation hole is equipped with a misoperation prevention cover, and it can be padlocked.
  4. Separate operation holes are used for the isolation switch and grounding switch.
  5. The grounding switch is equipped with a “voltage interlock device” to prevent accidental energizing of the grounding switch.
  6. Observation window with lighting.
  7. Spline handle that can be inserted from any direction, making it convenient to operate.

Cable Compartment:

The cable compartment can only be opened when the feeder is isolated or grounded.
The bushings comply with the DIN EN 50181 standard, connected by M16 bolts, and the surge arrester can be connected to the rear of the T-type cable head.

The integrated CT (current transformer) is located on the side of the bushing, making cable installation convenient and unaffected by external forces.
The height from the bushing installation point to the ground is greater than 700mm.
