Overview:

It features SF6 gas insulation, a permanent magnet operating mechanism, and a vacuum circuit breaker. It is particularly well-suited for applications requiring frequent operations under rated current or multiple interruptions of short-circuit currents. The circuit breaker performs opening and closing operations through coordination between the controller and the permanent magnet operating mechanism. Each phase operates independently, with a simple and reliable transmission mechanism, ensuring short inherent opening and closing times (opening time ≤ 7ms, closing time ≤ 30ms), enabling quick clearing of downstream faults. The mechanical lifespan exceeds 20,000 operations and it includes a manual quick trip function. The permanent magnet circuit breaker is characterized by its fast tripping response (fault clearing time less than 15ms) and high mechanical stability. The product’s technical performance meets the specifications for permanent magnet circuit breakers set by both Southern Power Grid and State Grid.

The secondary circuit adopts integrated control technology and supports data transmission functions. When the equipment is installed and powered on in the field, it automatically sends a signal to the main station for the first handshake. The main station will obtain the equipment’s health status, geographical coordinates, operating environment, and operating parameters, facilitating timely monitoring of the equipment’s operational status by maintenance personnel.

Features:

1.  The structure design of the three-phase independent monostable permanent magnet mechanism equips each vacuum interrupter with an operating mechanism; it utilizes a fully linear motion to achieve the highest transmission efficiency.
2.  With a simple structure comprising fewer than 50 parts, the direct-drive design effectively overcomes mechanical failures, greatly improving reliability compared to spring mechanisms, and the mechanism has a lifespan of over 50,000 operations.
3.  The mechanism employs electromagnetic closing, permanent magnetic holding, and spring tripping, with maximum rigid closing and tripping speeds. The current interruption time is less than 15ms.
4.  It is equipped with a specially designed fast manual tripping mechanism to ensure consistency between manual and electric operation characteristics.
5.  A three-phase synchronization shaft is installed to maintain the consistency of phase recovery, and the synchronization shaft indicates the breaker’s open/close position.
6.  All high-voltage live circuits are housed within a stainless steel gas chamber, ensuring operation is unaffected by external environmental conditions.
